  1. Điều khoản Sử dụng 
    1. Bộ điều khoản và điều kiện này điều chỉnh việc sử dụng Sportsbook trên Betrise.com. Khi đặt cược tại Betrise.com, Chủ tài khoản xác nhận đã đọc, hiểu và sẽ tuân thủ các Điều khoản & Điều kiện này.
    2. Betrise.com bảo lưu quyền thay đổi trang web, giới hạn cược, giới hạn trả thưởng và các gói sản phẩm.
    3. Betrise.com có thể cập nhật, sửa đổi, chỉnh sửa và bổ sung các Điều khoản & Điều kiện này bất kỳ lúc nào.
  2. Quy tắc chung về Thanh toán & Hủy cược 
    1. Nếu không thể xác minh chính thức kết quả của một thị trường (market), chúng tôi bảo lưu quyền trì hoãn thanh toán cho đến khi có xác nhận chính thức.
    2. Nếu thị trường được mở khi kết quả đã biết trước, chúng tôi bảo lưu quyền hủy (void) mọi đặt cược.
    3. Trong trường hợp giá (odds) hiển thị hoặc tính toán sai rõ ràng, chúng tôi bảo lưu quyền hủy. Điều này bao gồm việc mức trả thưởng lệch trên 100% so với mặt bằng thị trường.
    4. Nếu việc phủ sóng/truyền dữ liệu bị gián đoạn nhưng trận đấu vẫn kết thúc bình thường, mọi thị trường sẽ được thanh toán theo kết quả cuối cùng. Nếu không thể xác minh kết quả chính thức của một thị trường, chúng tôi bảo lưu quyền hủy thị trường đó.
    5. Nếu một thị trường được thanh toán sai, chúng tôi bảo lưu quyền điều chỉnh lại bất cứ lúc nào.
    6. Nếu trận đấu không tuân theo định dạng thông dụng (ví dụ: độ dài hiệp bất thường, phương thức tính điểm, thể thức thi đấu...), chúng tôi bảo lưu quyền hủy mọi thị trường.
    7. Nếu luật hoặc thể thức của trận đấu khác với tiêu chuẩn được chúng tôi chấp nhận, chúng tôi bảo lưu quyền hủy mọi thị trường.
    8. Nếu trận đấu không hoàn thành hoặc không được thi đấu (ví dụ: bị loại, gián đoạn, rút lui, thay đổi nhánh đấu...), mọi thị trường chưa ngã ngũ sẽ vô hiệu.
    9. Khi đặt cược, bạn có trách nhiệm kiểm tra chi tiết trên phiếu cược trước khi xác nhận. Chúng tôi không xử lý yêu cầu hủy các cược đặt nhầm.
    10. Live Betting: nếu thời gian trận đấu hiển thị sai, chúng tôi bảo lưu quyền hủy.
    11. Live Betting: nếu tỷ số hiển thị sai, tất cả các thị trường sẽ bị hủy trong khoảng thời gian tỷ số sai được hiển thị.
    12. Live Betting: nếu thị trường vẫn mở với tỷ số sai và ảnh hưởng đáng kể đến giá, chúng tôi bảo lưu quyền hủy.
  3. Hiển Thị Thông Tin
     
    1. BetRise.com không chấp nhận khiếu nại liên quan đến việc người dùng nhầm lẫn do dịch sai tên đội hoặc tên đấu thủ không phải tiếng Anh.
    2. Nếu có sự mơ hồ do nhiều đấu thủ cùng họ và không cung cấp tên đầy đủ để người dùng có thể phân biệt, BetRise.com sẽ hoàn tiền cho các cược đã đặt.
    3. Nếu sự kiện không được liệt kê với thông tin cụ thể về giới tính, mặc định sẽ được coi là áp dụng cho các sự kiện của nam.
    4. Độ trễ trong việc đặt cược trực tiếp (Live Betting) có thể thay đổi tùy theo nhiều yếu tố bên ngoài.
    5. BetRise.com không chịu trách nhiệm về các lỗi gõ nhập liệu. Chúng tôi có quyền sửa các lỗi hiển nhiên bằng cách tuyên bố vô hiệu các cược đã được đặt trong những trường hợp như vậy. “Lỗi hiển nhiên” có thể là, ví dụ: nhập sai số thập phân hoặc thêm/bớt số “0” khiến odds của BetRise.com khác biệt đáng kể so với các nhà cái khác.
  4. Dàn Xếp Trận Đấu (Match Fixing)
    1. BetRise.com sẽ chủ động hợp tác cả nội bộ và với các cơ quan chức năng để điều tra bất kỳ hình thức nghi ngờ dàn xếp tỉ số nào liên quan đến cược được đặt trên trang web.
  5. Account Limits & Betting Limits 
    1. 5.1. Giới hạn nạp tiền vào tài khoản là số tiền tối đa mà người dùng có thể nạp vào tài khoản BetRise.com của mình trong một khoảng thời gian nhất định. Người dùng có thể xem giới hạn nạp tiền cho từng phương thức thanh toán khi chọn tùy chọn nạp cụ thể trong trang “Nạp Tiền”, nằm trong mục “Tài Khoản”.
    2. Mức cược tối đa cho mỗi sự kiện hiển thị trên trang BetRise.com được xác định bởi mạng lưới nhà cái và có thể thay đổi tùy theo loại sự kiện và loại cược. Mức cược tối đa có thể thay đổi mà không cần thông báo trước bằng văn bản.
    3. BetRise.com có quyền giới hạn mức cược tối đa cho mọi sự kiện hiển thị trên trang web. BetRise.com cũng có quyền áp dụng giới hạn cược tối đa dành riêng cho từng tài khoản người dùng, mà không cần thông báo trước bằng văn bản hoặc giải thích lý do.
    4. Mức cược tối thiểu cho bất kỳ sự kiện nào là 1 USD/EUR (hoặc số tiền tương đương bằng loại tiền tệ trong tài khoản của người dùng).
  6. Định Nghĩa 
    1. “Error” (Lỗi) được hiểu là lỗi, sai sót, dịch sai, nghe nhầm, đọc nhầm, viết sai, lỗi kỹ thuật, lỗi đăng ký, lỗi giao dịch, lỗi hiển nhiên, sự kiện bất khả kháng và/hoặc các lỗi tương tự khác. Ví dụ về “Error” bao gồm, nhưng không giới hạn ở:
      1. Cược được chấp nhận trong khi có sự cố kỹ thuật mà bình thường sẽ không được chấp nhận;
      2. Cược được đặt vào các sự kiện/ưu đãi đã được quyết định kết quả;
      3. Cược trên các thị trường có đấu thủ/đội tham gia không chính xác;
      4. Cược được đặt với odds khác biệt đáng kể so với odds có sẵn trên thị trường chung tại thời điểm cược được đặt.
      5. Cược được cung cấp với odds phản ánh sai tình huống tỷ số; hoặc odds rõ ràng không chính xác so với xác suất thực tế của sự kiện tại thời điểm cược được đặt.
         
  7. Chấp Nhận Cược
    1. Một cược chỉ hợp lệ khi đã được xác thực và hiển thị trong lịch sử cược của Chủ Tài Khoản. Trong trường hợp có nghi ngờ về tính hợp lệ của một cược, Chủ Tài Khoản cần kiểm tra phần cược đang mở (open bets) hoặc liên hệ với Bộ phận Chăm sóc Khách hàng.
    2. Trừ khi được chấp nhận do Error (lỗi), một khi đã được chấp nhận, cược sẽ vẫn có hiệu lực và không thể bị hủy hoặc rút lại. Việc đảm bảo chi tiết của các cược được đặt là trách nhiệm của Chủ Tài Khoản.
    3. Trong mọi trường hợp, BetRise.com sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm đối với bất kỳ sai sót nào (dù thực tế hay do người chơi cho rằng), phát sinh từ Error như được liệt kê tại Mục 6.1 hoặc vì bất kỳ lý do nào khác, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: niêm yết odds không chính xác hoặc đối tượng cược không đúng.
    4. Nếu phát sinh tranh chấp về việc chấp nhận (hoặc không chấp nhận) bất kỳ giao dịch nào trong tài khoản của Chủ Tài Khoản, cơ sở dữ liệu nhật ký giao dịch (transaction log database) sẽ là bằng chứng cuối cùng và có tính ràng buộc để quyết định vấn đề.
  8. Giới Hạn Cược & Thanh Toán
    1. BetRise.com có quyền giới hạn mức trả thưởng tối đa cho bất kỳ cược nào hoặc tổ hợp cược nào của một Chủ Tài Khoản ở mức 25.000 USD/EUR. Giới hạn này có thể thấp hơn tùy thuộc vào môn thể thao, giải đấu hoặc loại cược.
    2. Trong trường hợp người dùng đặt nhiều cược giống hệt nhau (bao gồm cả cược đơn và cược xiên) khiến tổng số tiền thắng vượt quá giới hạn trả thưởng tối đa, BetRise.com có quyền giảm giá trị cược để đảm bảo tuân thủ giới hạn trả thưởng.
    3. Tất cả lựa chọn cược đều phải tuân theo các giới hạn đã được BetRise.com áp đặt trước đó. Nếu đạt tới giới hạn này, Chủ Tài Khoản có thể gửi yêu cầu vượt giới hạn thông qua nền tảng BetRise.com. BetRise.com có toàn quyền chấp nhận (toàn bộ hoặc một phần) hoặc từ chối yêu cầu này mà không cần thông báo trước hay giải thích lý do.
    4. BetRise.com có toàn quyền từ chối, dù toàn bộ hoặc một phần, bất kỳ cược nào được yêu cầu.
    5. BetRise.com có quyền theo dõi các tài khoản trùng lặp và chấm dứt chúng. Trong trường hợp này, tất cả dữ liệu liên quan sẽ được chuyển sang tài khoản hoạt động nhiều nhất của khách hàng đó.
    6. Nếu một khách hàng bị phát hiện có nhiều hơn một tài khoản và đã đặt các cược giống hệt nhau trên nhiều tài khoản, khách hàng sẽ ngay lập tức bị hủy đặc quyền người dùng, điều này có thể dẫn đến việc tịch thu tiền thắng và/hoặc hủy tất cả các cược đã đặt (bao gồm cả cược đã được phân định). BetRise.com cũng có quyền hạn chế hoặc từ chối quyền truy cập, toàn bộ hoặc một phần, vào tài khoản của người dùng theo toàn quyền quyết định.
    7. BetRise.com không chấp nhận cược từ các nhà cái khác. Người dùng cũng không được phép đặt cược vào các sự kiện mà họ trực tiếp tham gia (ví dụ: với tư cách là vận động viên, chủ sở hữu, huấn luyện viên hoặc cán bộ của câu lạc bộ tham dự). Nếu điều khoản này bị vi phạm, BetRise.com có quyền từ chối thanh toán bất kỳ khoản thắng nào và hủy cược, ngay cả khi cược đã được thanh toán.
    8. Tất cả các cược được đặt thông qua bất kỳ nền tảng nào của BetRise.com, bao gồm cả cược yêu cầu phê duyệt thủ công, có thể phải chịu một khoảng thời gian trễ trước khi được chấp nhận. Khoảng trễ này do BetRise.com toàn quyền quyết định.
    9. BetRise.com không chấp nhận cược trong trường hợp có khả năng khách hàng hành động theo thỏa thuận hoặc như một nhóm (syndicate). Việc đặt các cược giống hệt nhau từ nhiều tài khoản có thể bị coi là hành vi “syndicate betting”, ngay cả khi giới hạn cá nhân chưa đạt đến.
    10. Syndicate betting được coi là gian lận và có thể dẫn đến việc giảm giới hạn cược, đóng tài khoản, tịch thu tiền thắng và/hoặc hủy toàn bộ các cược đã đặt (bao gồm cả cược đã phân định). BetRise.com cũng có thể tiến hành hành động pháp lý.
    11. BetRise.com có quyền giữ lại việc thanh toán và/hoặc tuyên bố cược vô hiệu đối với một sự kiện (hoặc chuỗi sự kiện) nếu có đủ bằng chứng cho thấy:
      1. Tính liêm chính của sự kiện bị đặt nghi vấn;
      2. Giá trị odds hoặc quỹ cược đã bị thao túng;
      3. Có hành vi dàn xếp trận đấu (match-rigging), hoặc sự kiện đang bị điều tra vì nghi ngờ dàn xếp.
    12. Bằng chứng cho các trường hợp nêu trên có thể dựa trên quy mô, khối lượng hoặc mô hình cược được đặt tại BetRise.com trên bất kỳ kênh nào, cũng như thông tin nhận được từ các nhà cái khác hoặc các tổ chức được công nhận chính thức.
    13. Nếu một khách hàng nợ tiền BetRise.com vì bất kỳ lý do nào, BetRise.com có quyền tính khoản nợ này trước khi thực hiện bất kỳ khoản thanh toán nào cho khách hàng đó.
    14. Tất cả odds được cung cấp đều có thể thay đổi. Mọi sự biến động này hoàn toàn do BetRise.com quyết định.
    15. Cược chỉ được chấp nhận theo odds hiển thị trong bảng cược tại thời điểm được BetRise.com xác nhận, bất kể có bất kỳ công bố nào khác trên website hoặc trên các phương tiện khác.
    16. Tất cả các phép tính thanh toán khi phân định cược sẽ được thực hiện dựa trên odds thập phân (decimal odds), bất kể định dạng nào khác được hiển thị hoặc lựa chọn tại thời điểm đặt cược.
    17. Dead Heat (hòa đồng hạng) trong cá cược xảy ra khi hai hoặc nhiều người tham gia có kết quả hòa cùng một vị trí trong sự kiện.
    18. Khoản trả trong trường hợp Dead Heat được tính bằng cách chia số tiền cược cho số người đồng hạng. Con số này sau đó được nhân với odds để đưa ra tổng số tiền thanh toán.
      Ví dụ: Nếu ba cầu thủ bóng đá trong kèo cược “Vua phá lưới” cùng ghi số bàn thắng bằng nhau và khách hàng đã cược vào một trong ba người, việc phân định sẽ như sau:
      Đầu tiên chia số tiền cược cho tổng số người đồng hạng (3).
      Sau đó nhân con số này với odds đã đặt (ví dụ: 5.00).
      Nếu khách hàng đặt cược 10 USD/EUR, thì số tiền thắng sẽ là: 10/3 x 5.00 = 16.67 USD/EUR.
    19. Tiền thắng từ các cược đã phân định sẽ được cộng vào số dư tài khoản cá cược của người chơi.
    20. Bất kỳ khoản tiền hoặc tiền thắng nào được ghi nhầm vào tài khoản sẽ không được phép sử dụng. BetRise.com có quyền vô hiệu các giao dịch liên quan đến số tiền này và/hoặc rút lại số tiền tương ứng từ tài khoản, và/hoặc hoàn tác giao dịch, dù tại thời điểm đó hay hồi tố.
    21. Tiền thắng từ các cược đã phân định sẽ được cộng vào số dư tài khoản cá cược của bạn. Bất kỳ khoản tiền hoặc tiền thắng nào được ghi nhầm vào tài khoản sẽ không được phép sử dụng. BetRise.com có quyền vô hiệu các giao dịch liên quan đến số tiền này và/hoặc rút lại số tiền tương ứng từ tài khoản của bạn và/hoặc hoàn tác giao dịch, dù tại thời điểm đó hay hồi tố.
  9. Hủy cược (Voiding) & Cược vô hiệu 
    1. Cược có thể bị tuyên vô hiệu và sẽ được thanh toán với odds 1.00.
    2. Với cược xiên (accumulative): cược vẫn hợp lệ dù có trận/thị trường bên trong bị vô hiệu. Mọi kèo liên quan đến sự kiện bị hủy sẽ vô hiệu, tiền cược được hoàn, và cược xiên sẽ tính lại loại bỏ sự kiện đó.
    3. Betrise.com có quyền tuyên vô hiệu toàn/bán phần nếu rõ ràng xảy ra:
      1. Cược được chào/đặt/chấp nhận do Error/Palpable Error (ví dụ: set handicap đảo ngược, sai đội/đấu thủ, sai thời hạn, lỗi kỹ thuật...);
      2. Cược được đặt khi website gặp lỗi kỹ thuật;
      3. Influence Betting;
      4. Syndicate Betting;
      5. Kết quả bị ảnh hưởng bởi hành vi phạm tội;
      6. Có thông báo công khai làm thay đổi đáng kể odds.
    4. Cược xiên không được phép chứa hai hay nhiều lựa chọn có kết quả liên hệ (ví dụ: Team X vô địch và Player Y Vua phá lưới cùng giải). Nếu xảy ra, chúng tôi có quyền vô hiệu phần có tương quan.
    5. Cược có thể bị vô hiệu dù sự kiện đã quyết toán hay chưa.
    6. Các trường hợp vô hiệu khác:
      1. Pre-match:
        1. Đặt sau khi sự kiện đã bắt đầu;
        2. Đặt sau khi sự kiện liên quan đang diễn ra và điều kiện đã thay đổi rõ ràng.
      2. Live betting:
        1. Đặt tại giá sai do trễ/ lỗi dữ liệu live;
        2. Đặt vào ưu đãi sau khi sự kiện đã xảy ra hoặc trong thời điểm dẫn tới sự kiện đó (ví dụ: đặt Tổng bàn/ Bàn tiếp theo khi penalty đã được thổi hoặc đang thực hiện);
        3. Đặt vào odds phản ánh tỷ số khác thực tế.
    7. Nếu phát sinh tình huống không rõ ràng/không được quy định, Betrise.com bảo lưu quyền xem xét từng trường hợp.
    8. Mọi cược đưa vào Duyệt thủ công (Manual Review) có thể bị từ chối/chấp nhận một phần/toàn phần. Sportsbook bảo lưu quyền xác định hạn mức cho từng khách và từng cược.
  10. Miễn trừ & Thứ tự ưu tiên
    1. Betrise.com có quyền điều chỉnh tiền trả đã ghi có nếu rõ ràng do Error.
    2. Để điều chỉnh sai lệch số dư do Error, Betrise.com có quyền đảo/sửa/hủy các giao dịch tiếp theo không cần báo trước trong giới hạn hợp lý.
    3. Khiếu nại về thanh toán phải gửi trong 14 ngày kể từ khi thanh toán ban đầu để được điều tra đầy đủ; các khiếu nại khác chỉ xem xét khi có chứng cứ không thể phủ nhận.
    4. Betrise.com có quyền tạm khóa truy cập tài khoản cho đến khi hoàn tất điều tra cần thiết.
    5. Quy tắc này áp dụng cho mọi giao dịch với Sportsbook và có thể được bổ sung bằng các Quy tắc khác. Nếu mơ hồ, thứ tự ưu tiên:
      1. “Quy tắc/điều kiện công bố kèm ưu đãi/chiến dịch”;
      2. Tham chiếu Quy tắc chung Sportsbook, trừ khi Quy tắc theo môn quy định khác.
    6. Trong trường hợp cho rằng các Quy tắc này chưa đủ rõ ràng, Betrise.com có quyền, theo toàn quyền quyết định của mình, giải quyết từng ưu đãi/đề nghị trên cơ sở công bằng, phù hợp với chuẩn mực, thông lệ và định nghĩa cá cược được thừa nhận rộng rãi.
    7. Các bản chuyển ngữ của Điều khoản & Điều kiện này… chỉ nhằm mục đích cung cấp thông tin.
    8. Mặc dù đã thực hiện mọi biện pháp… Betrise.com không chịu trách nhiệm về bất kỳ bất tương thích nào giữa bản tiếng Anh và ngôn ngữ khác; khi có khác biệt, bản tiếng Anh sẽ là bản ràng buộc và là căn cứ thanh quyết toán.
    9. Bất kỳ dữ liệu nào được cung cấp hoặc có thể truy cập trong, từ hoặc liên quan đến Sportsbook chỉ được Chủ tài khoản sử dụng cho mục đích cá nhân, phi thương mại; mọi việc sử dụng hoặc cố gắng sử dụng các dữ liệu đó cho mục đích thương mại đều bị nghiêm cấm tuyệt đối.
    10. Betrise.com có quyền thực thi bất kỳ điều khoản của hợp đồng liên quan đến Sportsbook đối với bất kỳ Chủ tài khoản nào.

Thuật ngữ Chung Áp dụng cho Thể thao

  1. Quy định chung
    1. Trừ khi được nêu cùng với kèo cược hoặc trong Quy tắc theo môn cụ thể (Sport-Specific Rules), mọi cược được hiểu là áp dụng chỉ theo kết quả ở “thời gian thi đấu chính thức” (Regular Time/Full Time). “Regular Time/Full Time” được xác định theo quy định chính thức do liên đoàn/hiệp hội quản lý của môn/giải đấu đó ban hành.
    2. Ví dụ: trong bóng đá, thời gian thi đấu chính thức là 90 phút bao gồm thời gian bù giờ; trong khúc côn cầu trên băng là 3 hiệp × 20 phút. Nếu cơ quan quản lý quyết định trước khi sự kiện bắt đầu rằng trận đấu sẽ diễn ra với thời lượng khác (ví dụ bóng đá U17 thi đấu 2 hiệp × 40 phút), thì đó được coi là quy tắc chính thức cho sự kiện đó. 
    3. Tuy nhiên, quy định này chỉ áp dụng cho thời gian thi đấu chính và không bao gồm hiệp phụ/hiệp đấu thêm (extra time/overtime) trừ khi có quy định rõ ràng khác.
    4. Cược trực tiếp (Live Betting) cho phép đặt cược khi trận đấu/sự kiện đang diễn ra. Betrise.com không chịu trách nhiệm trong trường hợp không thể đặt cược hoặc cập nhật tỷ số trực tiếp không chính xác.
    5. Chủ tài khoản luôn có trách nhiệm tự nắm rõ diễn biến trận đấu và các yếu tố liên quan như tỷ số hiện tại, diễn tiến trận đấu và thời gian còn lại cho đến khi kết thúc.
    6. Betrise.com không chịu trách nhiệm đối với việc thay đổi lịch cược trực tiếp hoặc gián đoạn dịch vụ cược trực tiếp.
    7. Thời hạn chặn nhận cược (cut-off time) hiển thị trên trang web chỉ mang tính tham khảo.
    8. Betrise.com có quyền theo quyết định riêng tạm ngừng một phần hoặc toàn bộ hoạt động đặt cược vào bất kỳ thời điểm nào khi thấy cần thiết.
    9. Mọi thống kê hoặc nội dung biên tập đăng trên trang Betrise.com chỉ mang tính tham khảo bổ sung; Betrise.com không chịu trách nhiệm nếu thông tin đó không chính xác.
    10. Chủ tài khoản luôn có trách nhiệm tự cập nhật và hiểu rõ mọi hoàn cảnh liên quan đến sự kiện.
  2. Bet Types
    1. “Match” (aka 1X2) is where it is possible to bet on the (partial or definite) outcome of a match or event.
    2. The options are: “1”=Home team, or team listed to the left side of the offer; “X”=Draw, or the selection in the middle; “2”=Away team, or team listed to the right side of the offer. 
    3. “Correct Score” (aka Result Betting) is where it is possible to bet on the (partial or definite) exact score of a match or event. 
    4. “Over/Under” (aka Totals) is where it is possible to bet on the (partial or definite) amount of a predefined occurrence (e.g. goals, points, corners, rebounds, penalty minutes, etc.).
    5. Should the total amount of the listed occurrences be exactly equal to the betting line, then all bets on this offer will be declared void.
    6. Example: an offer where the betting line is 128.0 points and the match ends with the result 64-64 will be declared void. 
    7. “Odd/Even” is where it is possible to bet on the (partial or definite) amount of a predefined occurrence (e.g. goals, points, corners, rebounds, penalty minutes, etc.). ”Odd” is 1,3,5 etc.; “Even” is 0,2,4 etc. 
    8. A “Head-to-Head” is a competition between two participants/outcomes, originating from either an officially organised event, or else, as virtually defined by Betrise.com. 
    9. “Half time/Full time” is where it is possible to bet on the result in half time and the final outcome of the match.
    10. E.g. if at Half time the score is 1-0 and the match ends 1-1, the winning outcome is 1/X.
    11. The bet is void if the regular time of the match is played in a different time format than those listed in the bet (i.e. other than two halves). 
    12. “Period betting” is where it is possible to bet on the outcome of each separate period within a match/event.
    13. E.g. If the period scores in an ice hockey match are 2-0 / 0-1 / 1-1, the winning outcome is 1/2/X.
    14. The bet is void if the regular time of the match is played in a different time format than those listed in the bet (i.e. other than three periods). 
    15. “Draw No Bet” is where it is possible to bet on either “1” or “2”.
    16. It is also common practice to refer to “Draw No Bet” in cases where no draw odds are offered.
    17. Should the specific match contain no winner (E.g. match ends as a draw), or the particular occurrence doesn’t happen (E.g. First Goal, Draw No Bet and match ends 0-0) the stakes will be refunded. 
    18. “Double Chance” is where it is possible to bet simultaneously on two (partial or definite) outcomes of a match or event. The options are: 1X, 12 and X2. 
    19. “Outright” or “Place” betting is where it is possible to choose from a list of alternatives and bet on the eventuality that a participant wins or places within a specified position in the classification of the listed event/competition.
    20. Should two or more participants share finishing positions, the settlement will be based as per the definition in DEAD HEAT. 
    21. “Goal minutes” is where it is possible to bet on the sum of the minutes when the goals have been scored. When settling such bets, goals scored in injury time will be counted as being scored in the 45th minute (first half) and 90th minute (second half).
    22. Own goals will not count towards the settlement of individual player’s ‘goal minutes’. 
    23. “Handicap” is where it is possible to bet on whether the chosen outcome will be victorious once the listed handicap is added/subtracted (as applicable) to the match/period/total score to which the bet refers to.
    24. In those circumstances where the result after the adjustment of the handicap line is exactly equal to the betting line, then all bets on this offer will be declared void. Example: a bet on -3.0 goals will be declared void if the team chosen wins the match by exactly 3 goals difference (3-0,4-1, 5-2, etc).
    25. Any reference in this section to the term “margin” is intended to be understood as the outcome emerging from the subtraction of the goals/points scored by the two teams/participants.
    26. Unless otherwise stated, all handicaps listed on Betrise.com site are to be calculated based on the result from the start of the listed match/period to the end of the specified match/period.
    27. It is however customary that for certain handicap bet offers in specific sports (Asian Handicap in Football), only the outcomes obtained from the time of bet placement until the end of the listed timeframe will be taken into consideration, thus disregarding any goals/points scored before the time the bet was placed and accepted.
    28. Any bet offer with these characteristics will be clearly displayed on site and highlighted in the punter’s Bet History with the score at the time of bet placement. There are 3 different “handicap betting” formats:

2-way Handicap: Team A (-1.5) vs Team B (+1.5). Example:

Team A is given a -1.5 goal handicap in the match.

For the bet to be won, Team A must win the match with a margin equal or bigger than the listed handicap (ie. 2 goals or more). 

Team B is given a +1.5 goal advantage in the match.

For the bet to be won, Team B must either win the match, finish the match with a draw, or not lose with a margin equal or bigger than their listed advantage (i.e. lose with a 1 goal margin). 

3-way Handicap: Team A (-2) Draw (Exactly 2) Team B (+2) Example:

Team A is given a 2 goal handicap in the match.

For the bet to be won, Team A must win the match with a bigger margin than the listed handicap (i.e. 3 goals or more). 

Draw would be the victorious outcome should the match end up with exactly the listed margin (i.e. match ends with results such as 2-0, 3-1 and 4-2). 

Team B is given a 2 goal advantage in the match.

For the bet to be won, Team B must either win the match, finish the match with a draw, or not lose with a margin equal or bigger than their listed advantage (i.e. lose with only a 1 goal margin) 

Asian Handicap: Team A (-1.75) vs Team B (+1.75) Example:

Team A is given a -1.75 goal handicap in the match.

This means that the stake is divided into 2 equal bets and placed on the outcomes -1.5 and -2.0.

For the bet to be fully paid out at the listed odds, Team A must win the match with a bigger margin than both of their listed handicaps (.ie. 3 goals or more margin).

In the eventuality that Team A wins with only a 2 goal margin, the bet will be considered as partially won with a full payout on the -1.5 part of the bet and a refund on the -2.0 side since the outcome on that part of the bet would be considered a “tie”.

Should the match produce any other outcome, including a Team A victory with only a 1 goal margin, the whole stake would be lost. 

Team B is given a +1.75 goal advantage in the match.

This means that the stake is divided into 2 equal bets and placed on the outcomes +1.5 and +2.0.

For the bet to be fully paid out at the listed odds, Team B must either win the match, finish the match with a draw, or not lose with a margin equal or bigger than any of their listed advantages (i.e. lose with only a 1 goal margin).

In the eventuality that Team B loses with exactly a 2-goal margin, the bet will be considered as partially lost with a refund on the -2.0 part of the bet and a loss on the -1.5 part of the bet.

Should the match produce any other outcome which results in a defeat of Team B with a margin of 3 or more goals, the whole stake would be lost. 

  1. Betting Rules
    1. Over/Under bets on classification of participants in performances/events must be interpreted as follows: “Over” means a worse or lower position while “Under” means a better or higher position.
      Example: A bet on a player’s classification in a tournament with an Over/Under line 2.5 will be settled as Under if the player classifies first or second. All other placements will be settled as Over. 
    2. Bets on “Quarter / Half / Period X” refer to the result/score achieved in the relevant timeframe and do not include any other points/goals/events tallied from other parts of the event/match.
    3. Bets will be voided if the match is played in any other format but the one stipulated in the offer. 
    4. Bets on “Result at the end of Quarter / Half / Period X” refer to the result of the match/event after termination of the stipulated time frame and will take into account all other points/goals/events tallied from previous parts of the event/match. 
    5. Bets on “Race to X Points / Race to X Goals...” and similar offers refer to the team/participant reaching the particular tally of points/goals/events the earliest.
    6. If the offer lists a timeframe (or any other period restriction), it will not include any other points/goals/events tallied from other parts of the event/match which are not related to the mentioned time frame.
    7. Should the listed score not be reached within the stipulated time frame (if any), all bets will be declared void, unless otherwise stated. 
    8. Bets on “Winner of Point X / Scorer of Goal X” and similar offers refer to the team/participant scoring/winning the listed occurrence.
    9. For the settlement of these offers, no reference to events happening prior to the listed occurrence will be taken into consideration.
    10. Should the listed event not be scored/won within the stipulated time frame (if any), all bets will be declared void, unless otherwise stated. 
    11. Bets referring to the occurrence of an event in a pre-defined time order, such as “First Card” or “Next Team to receive penalty minutes”, will be settled as void should it not be possible, without any reasonable doubt, to decide the winning outcome. For example, in case of players from different teams which are shown a card in the same interruption of play. 
    12. “Team to score first and win” refers to the listed team scoring the first goal in the match and going on to win the match. Should there be no goals in the match, all bets will be settled as void. 
    13. Any reference to “clean sheet” indicates that the listed team must not concede any goal during the match. 
    14. “Team to win from behind” refers to the listed team winning the match after having been at least 1 goal down at any point in the match. 
    15. Any reference for a team to win all halves/periods (e.g. Team to win both halves) means that the listed team must score more goals than its opponent during all the stipulated halves/periods of the match. 
    16. Any reference to “Injury Time” refers to the amount displayed by the designated official and not to the actual amount played. 
    17. Settlement of bets on offers such as “Man of the Match”, “Most Valuable Player” etc. will be based on the competition’s organisers’ decision, unless otherwise stated 
    18. Settlement of Transfer bets will also take into account players signed by the club on loan deals. 
    19. Bets referring to Managerial changes refer to the individual in the Head Coach/Manager role (as applicable) who steps down/is removed from the position for any reason.
    20. Bets are valid even in cases where a joint responsible (if any) leaves their position and will be settled accordingly.
    21. In case that no more changes are happening between the time the bet is placed and the last league fixture (excluding play-offs, play-outs, postseason, etc.) the bets placed after the last Managerial change (if any) will be void, unless a suitable option has been offered for betting. 
  1. System Bets
    1. In Pre-match betting, it is possible to combine different offers on a single coupon. Account Holders can choose their own number of singles, doubles, trebles, etc. 
    2. In Live-betting, it is possible to combine different offers on a single coupon as an accumulator bet. All selected matches/offers in a multiple must be included in the coupon and no other multiple options (Example: singles, doubles, etc.) which exclude 1 or more matches/offers are available. 
    3. Betrise.com reserves the right to limit the amount of combinations due to what is known as outcome dependency, and also other factors, solely at its own discretion. 
    4. It is possible to include one or several matches as ‘bankers’ which means that the selected matches/events will be included in all coupons. 
    5. A ‘Trixie’ is a combination, which includes one treble and three doubles from a selection of three matches. 
    6. A ‘Patent’ is a combination, which includes one treble, three doubles and three singles from a selection of three matches. 
    7. A ‘Yankee’ is a combination, which includes one fourfold, four trebles and six doubles from a selection of four matches. 
    8. A ‘Canadian’ (also known as ‘Super Yankee’) is a combination, which includes one fivefold, five fourfolds, ten trebles and ten doubles from a selection of five matches. 
    9. A ‘Heinz’ is a combination, which includes one sixfold, six five-folds, fifteen fourfolds, twenty trebles and fifteen doubles from a selection of six matches. 
    10. A ‘Super Heinz’ is a combination, which includes one sevenfold, seven sixfolds, twenty-one fivefolds, thirty-five fourfolds, thirty-five trebles and twenty-one doubles from a selection of seven matches. 
    11. A ‘Goliath’ is a combination, which includes one eightfold, eight sevenfolds, twenty-eight sixfolds, fifty-six five-folds, seventy fourfolds, fifty-six trebles and twenty-eight doubles from a selection of eight matches. 
    12. For display purposes, when necessary, the second digit after the decimal point of the odds is shown as rounded up in the Account Holder’s bet history to the nearest decimal number.
    13. The payout will however be affected based on the actual odds multiplied by the stake, disregarding the aforementioned rounding. 
  1. Results Settlement
    1. When settling results, Betrise.com will do its utmost to attain itself to information obtained first hand (during or exactly after the event has been concluded), through TV transmissions, streaming (web-based and through other sources) as well as official sites.
    2. Should this information be omitted from first hand viewing and/or official sources and/or there is an obvious error in the information included in the sources above, the settlement of the bet offer will be based on other public sources. 
    3. Settlement of bets will not include any changes deriving from and/or attributable to, but not limited to: disqualifications, penalisations, protests, sub judice results and/or successive changes to the official result after the event has been completed and a result has been announced, even preliminarily.
    4. For bets referring to competitions which span over more than 1 round/stage (E.g, Season Bets), only amendments affecting bets where settlement has not been decided yet will be taken into consideration.
    5. Such measures must be announced by the governing association before the last scheduled round/stage will be considered.
    6. Any changes effected after this date, or else referring to bets which have already been settled based on events happening during the event/competition, will not be considered. 
    7. Occurrences which have not been sanctioned and/or acknowledged by the match/event officials (e.g. disallowed goals) will not be taken into account towards the settlement of the bet.
    8. As a general rule, and unless the offer specifies otherwise, Betrise.com will settle offers based on the exact time that the flow of play was interrupted/resumed (as applicable) by the occurrence in question (e.g. ball went out of play for a throw-in/goal kick or crosses the line for a goal).
    9. Bets referring to the accumulation of a particular occurrence (e.g. Total corners) and/or the execution of a particular action, will require said occurrence to actually take place during the time interval specified (e.g. the corner being kicked).
    10. In such instances, should the occurrence be only awarded and not taken, it will not be considered for settlement purposes. 
    11. All bet offers related to matches/events which do not take place at all or are awarded a result through a walk-over decision will be declared void. 
    12. In case of an abandoned event, all bet offers that have been determined prior to the abandonment and could not possibly be changed regardless of future events, will be settled according to the decided outcome.
    13. All remaining bet offers will only be settled if an official result is announced within 24 hours and will otherwise be considered void. 
    14. In case an event is abandoned and is scheduled to restart from the beginning within 24 hours of the original date, all bets placed before the initial match which could not be settled through the outcomes deriving from the play prior to abandonment, will be declared void. 
    15. Should the date for an event which has not started yet, be moved not more than 3 full days prior/following the original date and time previously issued by the governing association, all bets will stand, even if the new kick off time is more than 24 hours past/previous the original stipulated time.
    16. In case an event which has not started yet, is moved more than a full 3 days, or else, the event has started and an official result cannot be declared before 36 hours have passed, the bets will be declared void. 
    17. If a match is cancelled or abandoned before the match duration ends, all bets on that match will be void, except where a settlement has already been determined for that bet or if the betting rules specify otherwise for that bet then it cannot be cancelled.
    18. All bets related to stoppage/additional time will be declared void if the match is cancelled before the duration of the match is completed, except where a settlement has already been determined for that bet or if the betting rules specify otherwise. 
    19. Settlement of bet offers, such as, but not limited to, shots, shots on target, ball possession, assists, rebounds, etc. will be based according to the definition with which the official governing body issues said statistics.
    20. Unless backed by un-contradictory evidence, Betrise.com will not acknowledge any complaints which derive from a personal interpretation of such terms. 
    21. When placing “Outright” or “Place” bets, stakes will be refunded on participants/outcomes that are not participating or withdrawing from an event, before the event starts. (Non starter). 
    22. No refunds of bets will apply, even if the winning outcome of a match/event is a participant/outcome that has not been listed for betting purposes.
    23. On all bet offers, the account holder has the possibility to ask for a price on a non-listed participant/outcome.
    24. Betrise.com reserves the right, at its own discretion, to decline such requests. 
    25. In case a participant is disqualified/withheld/banned from taking part in a subsequent part/phase of an event/competition, the disqualification will be considered to have taken place at the time of the participant’s removal from the event.
    26. No alterations will be made to previous results, regardless of any modifications due to said actions. 
    27. If two or more Participants share the applicable finishing positions and no odds have been offered for a drawn outcome, the payout will be calculated by dividing the stake by the number of participants sharing those certain positions and are settled accordingly. The payout will always be at least equal to the stake, except in cases of “Head to Heads”. 
    28. In “Group Betting” (aka “Best of X”), all listed participants must start the event for bets to stand. 
    29. In “Group Betting” (aka “Best of X”), at least one participant from the selection list must successfully complete the event for bets to stand.
    30. Should that not be the case, and the governing association does not follow specific tie-breaking criteria, the bets will be declared void. 
    31. In a “Head to Head” between two or three participants, all listed participants must start the particular round/event which the bet refers to, for bets to be considered valid. 
    32. In a “Head to Head” between two participants, all bets will be refunded if both participants share the same position/score or are eliminated at the same stage of the competition, unless the governing association follows specific tie-breaking procedures, in which case, these will be deemed valid. 
    33. In a “Head to Head” between three participants and more than one winning outcome, the odds will be divided by the outcomes sharing the winning position, irrespective of whether the net outcome is lower than the Account Holder’s stake. 
    34. If a “Head to Head” is offered between different rounds/stages, all participants must take part in the upcoming round/stage for bets to be valid. 
    35. Unless specifically stated, whenever the organising association deems it fit to include any necessary rounds, matches, or series of matches (e.g. Playoffs, Playouts, Postseason) following the end of the so-called Regular Season in order to determine the classification, league winners, promotion/relegation, etc., Betrise.com will take into account the results and outcomes deriving from these matches for settlement purposes of bets referring to the final league classification, promotion, relegation, etc. For example, seasonal bets on the team winning the NHL will refer to the Stanley Cup Winners. 
    36. Offers which compare the performances of two or more individuals/teams against each other over a stipulated time frame/competition will only be settled based on the result of the listed participants, disregarding all other participants in the same competition/event. 
    37. Unless specifically stated, all offers referring to a single player’s performance in a specific domestic league (such as Total Goals Scored by Player X in League Y) or “Head to Head” bet offers involving two players’ performances in domestic leagues, will not take games into account those events happening during eventual Play-offs/Play-outs/Post-season or any other matches, or series of, which would happen after the so-called Regular Season. 
    38. Offers related to a total amount of occurrences/events scored/tallied by a particular team, either in a single team performance in a specific domestic league (such as Total Goals Scored by Team X), or “Head to Head” bet offers involving two teams’ performances in domestic leagues (E.g. Most Penalty Minutes in League X - Team Y vs Team Z), or a cumulative league performance (E.g. Team to receive Most Yellow Cards in League X) will not take into account those events happening during eventual Play-offs/Play-outs/Post-season or any other matches, or series of, which would happen after the so called Regular Season, unless otherwise specified. 
    39. During specific events Betrise.com might decide to offer for betting a reduced selection of participants and might also include betting options such as “any other”, “the field”, or similar.
    40. This option includes all unlisted participants except for the ones mentioned specifically as available. 
    41. Offers that make specific reference to a participant’s/participants’ performance in a particular event e.g. Player X vs The Field) are to be considered void if the mentioned participant(s) do(es) not take part in the competition. 
    42. Any form of a qualification ahead of the main event is considered to be a valid part of that competition.
    43. Thus any participant who is eliminated at the qualification stage will be considered losing to anyone that is pre-qualified or is successful in the qualification part. 
    44. Irrespective of whether such information has been detailed in the bet offer or not, bets on matches being played on so-called “Neutral pitches” as well as in cases where the venue/surface type is changed, will not be treated as a cause for the offers to be voided, provided that the location in which the match takes place cannot be demonstrated as being the habitual “home” pitch of either team involved in the match, in which case all bets will be declared void.
    45. Such eventuality is not applicable to events in which, even if the location can be deemed as a potential customary “home” pitch for either of the teams involved, the governing association still decides to list the fixture in a way which might be interpreted differently, (e.g. specific events or the final/late stages of a competition being held in pre established venues).
    46. In such cases the venue would be considered a “Neutral” pitch and bets will stand regardless of the order in which the offer is displayed. 
    47. Information referring to gender of the teams, age groups and youth teams, as well as various definitions of reserve teams (e.g. B and C teams), is to be treated as supplementary information.
    48. The inclusion (or lack of) and correctness of such information will not be treated as sufficient cause for the voiding of the offers related to the match/event, given that this does not cause an obvious inconsistency in odds offered. 
    49. While all necessary precautions are taken by Betrise.com to assure the most faithful rendition of all components involved in a bet offer, it is to be assumed that certain denominations could be represented differently due to different interpretations deriving from adaptations into another language.
    50. Such linguistic incongruence will not be treated as sufficient cause for the voiding of the offers related to the match/event, given that it does not create uncertainty with other participants.
    51. The same applies for denominations referring to events, team names, sponsor names, etc. 
    52. In case of bets where there is reference to timeframes, they should be interpreted in the following way: “within the first 30 minutes” will include anything happening until 0 hours 29 minutes and 59 seconds; “between 10 to 20 minutes” will include anything happening from 10 minutes and 0 seconds until 19 minutes and 59 seconds. 
    53. Unless listed either in conjunction with the bet offer, or else in the Sport Specific rules, bets referring to event/match duration which include non-full integer digits (E.g. 88.5 minutes or X.5 rounds) require the full completion of the full integer of the listed duration for them to be considered won.
    54. For example: a bet on Over/Under 88.5 minutes in a Tennis match will be settled as ‘Over’ only if at least 89 full minutes are completed. 
    55. Betrise.com acknowledges that some bets might require the rounding-up of percentages, units or other criteria which are decisive for the settlement of the bet.
    56. Should that be the case, Betrise.com reserves the right to adjust and settle accordingly. 
    57. Any reference to goals scored by specific players will not count if they are defined as ‘own goals’ (scored in their own goals) unless otherwise stated. 
    58. Any reference to confederation, nationality or similar will be subject to the definition by the governing association. 
    59. Any medals won by a team/nation per competition will count as one (1) single medal regardless of the number of team members. 
    60. Offers related to a total amount of occurrences/events scored/tallied by a particular player, in a single team performance in a specific competition (such as Total Goals Scored by Player X for Team Y) will only take into account total amount of occurrences/events scored/tallied by the particular player while playing for that team in that particular competition.
    61. Should any of the following occurrences happen to the listed player, the bets will be considered void:
      1. does not take part in at least 50% of the competition’s stipulated matches (excluding eventual Playoffs/Play-outs/Postseason) 
    62. does not take part in at least another match after the bet has been placed. 
    63. Offers on whether certain individuals will be occupying a specified position/title/job on a certain date (E.g. Minister X to still be Minister on date Y, Player/Coach to still be with Team Y on Date Z) refers to the individual in question to hold (or alternatively to be appointed in) the listed position uninterruptedly between the time the bet is placed and the specified deadline.
    64. Should the individual for any reason whatsoever leave the position before the specified deadline, the outcome of the bet will be considered as not having happened. This is valid even in cases where the individual is reappointed/signed again in that same position/title/job and even if on the specified deadline the individual is occupying once more that same position/title/job to which the bet refers to.
    65. Settlements will also take into account players signed on loan deals. 
  1. Cash Out
    1. We may, at our absolute discretion, allow you to take a return on a wager you have made before settlement of the market on which the wager was placed (Cashout). 
    2. Cashout may be available on selected pre-match and Live sports markets via the internet, iPhone and Android website. Cashout can not be completed by contacting customer support. Cashout may not be available at all times. 
    3. Cashout is available for fixed odds wagers only. Cashout is not available for:
      1. Wagers placed with free bets or safe bets;
      2. Multi wagers, unless each individual leg or event within that multi wager is available for Cashout; 
      3. System bets.
    4. A predetermined settlement value (Cashout Price) may be offered based upon the selections, prizes taken and the current status of the wagering transaction. 
    5. Cashout may not be available for certain wagers placed on pre-match markets, where the event or match has already commenced (is in-play). For multi wagers, Cashout may not be available if any leg of the wager has been placed on a pre-match market and the event or match relating to such leg has already commenced (is in-play). 
    6. To Cashout a wager, You must select “Confirm Cashout” or “Confirm” (a Cashout Request). You cannot cancel a Cashout Request once it has been confirmed. 
    7. We may, at Our absolute discretion, choose to accept or decline a Cashout Request. A Cashout Request may not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to, a change in odds or the suspension of a market (including any leg of a multi wager). 
    8. If a Cashout Request is not accepted for some reason, a message will be shown advising you that the Cashout Request was declined and a new Cashout Price may be offered to you. If you did not make a Cashout Request in relation to the new Cashout Price offered, settlement of the original wager will take place, based on the original instructions and odds when the wager was accepted. 
    9. Where a Cashout Request has been accepted:
      1. Your original wager will come to an end (be Cashed Out);
      2. We will pay You the Cashout Price;
      3. The original wager will be deemed to have been settled and We will have no further obligation to You in respect of the original wager. You will not receive any payout, dividend or refund in relation to the Cashed Out wager; and 
      4. The occurrence or non-occurrence of the event(s) on which the original wager was placed will not create any additional rights or obligations to or for You. 
    10. The acceptance of a Cashout Request does not represent a new wager, it is an agreement to end the original wager early. 
    11. The Cashout Price is inclusive of Your original stake. The Cashout Price is non-negotiable and will not exceed the value of the original estimated return. 
    12. You will not be eligible for any Bonuses or any other promotions in relation to wagers that have been successfully Cashed Out. 
    13. Any wager which is Cashed Out will not be considered a wager for the purposes of meeting any turnover or wagering requirements for Bonuses, rewards, prizes, or any tasks necessary to fulfil a campaign or promotional offering. 
    14. In the event that a Cashout Request has been accepted in error (including where a Cashout Price has been incorrectly offered) or an amount has been incorrectly credited to Your Account in connection with a wager that has been Cashed Out, We reserve the right, at Our absolute discretion, to adjust Your Account to the extent necessary to rectify the error or the incorrect credit. Such adjustment may include:
      1. Settling the Cashout Request for an amount equal to the Cashout Price which would have been available in the absence of such error; or 
      2. Reversing the Cashout Request and settling the wager on the original wager instructions; 
      3. If, as a result of any such adjustment, Your Account goes into debit, We may recover from Your Account, as a debt due, the amount of the deficiency in the account. 
    15. We reserve the right to suspend, amend, restrict or cease to offer Cashout at any time, on any market or to any customer, without providing a reason or advance notification, even where Cashout has been advertised to a customer as being available. We are not liable for any losses which may arise in connection with Cashout not being available to a Customer, even in circumstances where Cashout has been advertised as being available for a particular event or at a particular time. 
    16. We reserve the right, at Our absolute discretion, to void the original wager which was Cashed Out, refuse to Cashout a wager, or require repayment of any amounts paid by Us in respect of the original wager (including the Cashout Price) where:
      1. We reasonably suspect a wager or Cashout Request has been made by any individual or group of people (including, but not limited to relatives, organisations, bookmakers and their employees) acting together either in an attempt to defraud Us; or 
      2. The original wager or the Cashout Request was made after the relevant event has finished; or 
      3. Where We are otherwise entitled to void the original wager or require repayment under these Rules. 
    17. You acknowledge and accept that circumstances within or beyond Our control may prevent, limit or delay the operation of Cashout, and that We will not be liable to any person for any loss incurred or sustained in connection with or as a result of:
      1. Cashout being unavailable or delayed; and/or
      2. Any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by You, any customer or other third-party, in connection with Cashout. 
    18. We are not liable for any losses which may arise in connection with a Customer’s use of the Cashout feature or a Cashout Request being accepted or declined by Us. 
    19. Where a Customer has placed a wager on a market that was not available for Cashout at the time the wager was placed by the customer, the customer will not be able to make a Cashout Request in relation to that wager, even if we subsequently make Cashout available on that market. 
    20. Scoreboard services and other third-party information streams or provisions are provided for guidance only. We do not accept any liability for any bets cashed out based on information provided by these services. 
    21. BetRise only supports full Cashout. Partial Cashout is not offered.
