Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 9th of December, 2025

  1. Agreement 
    1. This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") provides a Licence ("Licence") to "users" (“User”, “Users”, “you”, “your”, the “player” or the “customer”) to access, navigate, use, and participate in our online gambling services ("Services") on the Betrise.com website from any device capable of accessing the internet. 
    2. This Agreement includes Betrise.com Privacy Policy, incorporated herein and made part of the understanding between Betrise.com and any User wanting to access Betrise.com. Both parties agree to be bound by the terms set forth. 
    3. Once accepted by the User, this Agreement creates a contract between Betrise.com and the User. The User should therefore print or retain a copy of this Agreement for future reference. 
    4. If the User clicks on any buttons labelled "I agree" or "I accept" then this means that the User has agreed to the terms presented (either this Agreement or other terms and conditions of use), which is a legal contract. The User shall in addition be deemed to have accepted and understood the Agreement. The User further agrees to the use of electronic communications to enter into contracts and, to the extent permitted by law, waives any applicable rights requiring signature by hand. 
    5. If a customer does not comply with any clause of the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to restrict access to their account and their funds until such time that they comply with our requirements.
    6. If you have opened an account in error, then please do not use the Services and immediately contact Betrise.com so that your account can be cancelled. Once the User has started to use the Services, the User may only terminate the use and/or account as provided for in this Agreement. 
  2. Who We Are
    1. The Services are provided by VARK SERVICES SRL, a company incorporated in Costa Rica under company number 3-102-929407 with our registered office maintained at C/ Los Targuases 62, Provincia de Alajuela, Alajuela, Costa Rica.
  3. Amendments 
    1. Betrise.com reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement or any part thereof (the “Amendments”) at any time without notice and the User will be bound by such amended Agreement within 14 days of it being posted. Therefore, we encourage Users to visit Betrise.com regularly and check the terms and conditions contained in the version of the Agreement in force at such time. Copies of previous versions of the Agreement can be obtained by sending an email to us, at [email protected]. The User's continued use of the Betrise.com site shall be deemed as acceptance of the Amendments. The User may notify Betrise.com that the User does not agree to the Amendments and shall be allowed to close the User's account without penalty. 
  4. Content Updates 
    1. In the event of a discrepancy between the English version of any site content or User content, and the corresponding translated content, the English language version shall be the prevailing version. Betrise.com may update or modify its website content at any time and may require the User to accept such updates and install them on whatever device is used to access the website. The User agrees that Betrise.com may change its content at any time and without notice, and some updates or modifications may affect third-party access to Betrise.com and may require additional upgrades from those sites to access Betrise.com. The User shall have the right to notify Betrise.com that the User does not agree to the Content Updates and the User shall be allowed to close the User's account without penalty. 
  5. Licence
    1. Subject to the User's compliance, Betrise.com grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable limited Licence to access Betrise.com and uses the content for its intended purpose, and for no other purpose. The User accepts that virtual currency or any facsimile is not a physical item and is not owned by the User, and that such items are non-negotiable except for their intended purpose. 
  6. Account Registration 
    1. An account registered by a customer is for personal entertainment use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or by any third parties such as relatives. 
    2. Inline with the above clause, as accounts are intended purely for entertainment, BetRise expressly prohibits any form of account fraud, collusion, use of multiple accounts, manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other technical abuse by the customer and any other kind of behaviour which amounts to deliberate cheating by such customer. Customers therefore acknowledge and therefore confirm that they:
      1. do not make use of any masking techniques, VPN or proxy server during the registration of the account or after registration, while accessing the games;
      2. do not make use of any bots, spyware, or any other software program to play or predict any casino game offered;
      3. will not try to hack the website, games, or any other element of BetRise.com and will not misuse any of the program code in any way
      4. will not take part in, or organise possible criminal activities that could potentially harm BetRise.com, Vark Services V SRL or any of its subsidiary companies and/or customers;
      5. do not play with money or resources derived from criminal activities or criminality as such; 
      6. do not directly or indirectly use bank Accounts, debit cards or any other payment method belonging to a third party. For the avoidance of doubt this also includes funding of a customer deposit method via a third party;
      7. are over 18 years of age, or legal age for gambling within their jurisdiction
    3. If a customer acts in deviation of these rules, BetRise may void all bets and winnings, close down the Account and withhold all remaining balances on the said Account if applicable. Such action shall be without prejudice to Vark Services VS SRL’s right to pursue other legal measures to recover any outstanding damages or debts due. 
    4. Users located in any of the following countries are not allowed to register at Betrise.com: 
      1.  Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, USA, FATF Blacklisted countries, sanctioned countries and/or any other jurisdictions deemed prohibited by Anjouan Gaming Board and Offshore Financial Authority.
      2. Remote gambling may be illegal in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to know whether your use of Betrise.com is legal in the jurisdiction where you are located. The Company makes no representation as to the legality of its online gambling service.
    5. Betrise.com cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event that a player breaches this Restricted Countries policy. 
  7. Equipment & Software 
    1. The User provides any equipment and any software needed to connect a device to Betrise.com, and the User is responsible for any fees, or cost, including internet access fees or mobile fees the user is assessed for using Betrise.com. 
  8. Restrictions of Use 
    1. Users may not access or register an account on Betrise.com if they have not attained the age of eighteen (18) years or are above the age at which gambling or gaming activities are legal under the law of the jurisdiction which applies to you (the “Relevant Age”). It may be an offence for persons under the Relevant Age to make use of the Website or access the Services. If we are unable to confirm that you are the Relevant Age, then we may suspend Your Account until such time that we are able to confirm that you are the Relevant Age. If you are subsequently proven to have been under the Relevant Age at the time you made any gambling or gaming transactions with us, then your account will be closed. In this scenario, the total value of any completed deposits made whilst being underage will be reimbursed. Betrise/ reserves the right to confiscate any winnings that exceed the value of the deposits. 
    2. Users shall monitor their account and ensure that persons under the age of 18 years, or under the Relevant Age, do not access the account and the User accepts full responsibility for unauthorised access. 
    3. Users shall not access Betrise.com from the account of another user and the valid User assumes all responsibility for misuse of account access. 
    4. A valid User account may not be transferred to another User. 
    5. The User is responsible for any use of debit/credit cards, or other payment devices in connection with the user’s account. 
    6. A User may not create an account using false information. 
    7. A User may be denied opening an account on Betrise.com if the User was previously removed or banned from Betrise.com. 
    8. The User agrees not to engage in any illegal activity. 
    9. A User may not solicit others on the Betrise.com website for any commercial purpose. 
    10. The User may not engage in any act deemed by Betrise.com to conflict with the website’s intent of use and its services. 
    11. The User agrees not to submit a false report concerning any matter. 
    12. The User shall not interfere with the normal functions of the Betrise.com website in any manner. 
    13. A User may only have one active account within Betrise.com. Multiple accounts are strictly forbidden on the local network. 
    14. A User may only register an account for their own personal use and not on behalf of a business or legal entity. 
    15. If you access any of the Services from a country other than the country specified as your country of residence in the information supplied when opening your account, it is your responsibility to check that accessing and using the Services are not prohibited and/or restricted by laws of the country from which you access the Services. You acknowledge that we accept no liability if your use of the Services is in contravention of the laws of the country from which you access the Services or Website. 
    16. Without prejudice to any other rights, if the User breaches in whole or in part any provision contained herein, Betrise.com reserves the right to take such action as it sees fit, including terminating this Agreement or any other agreement in place with the User, immediately blocking the User's access to Betrise.com, terminating such User's account on Betrise.com, seizing all monies held in the User's account on Betrise.com, and/or taking legal action against such User. 
  9. Security and Your Account 
    1. Having established a valid account on Betrise.com, the User assumes all access responsibility and accountability, including financial responsibility and the following applies: 
      1. The User shall not share their login information with any other person. 
      2. If any User suspects their account information is compromised by another, the User takes full responsibility for such access and shall take steps to modify the User information, including but not limited to login information. 
      3. Betrise.com reserves the right to deny a username if such name already exists, or conflicts with any third-party Licence agreement, or is owned by another person or entity. 
      4. The User shall not post or engage in otherwise objectionable conversation or disseminate objectionable information as deemed by Betrise.com and shall not engage in activity that may be considered abusive, threatening, obscene, racially motivated or sexually overt. 
      5. The User shall not transmit unauthorised communications through Betrise.com including junk mail, spam, chain letters, malware, spyware, downloadable items or links to other websites in conflict with the provision immediately above. 
      6. The User shall not use unauthorised third-party software to collect information from Betrise.com or from other authorised Users of Betrise.com. 
      7. The User shall not employ any device or process, or take any action that creates any unreasonable or disproportionate traffic on Betrise.com. 
      8. The User agrees not to attempt to syphon or obtain source codes or any other intellectual property of Betrise.com. 
      9. The User agrees to honour Betrise.com copyrights and trademarks and not use, duplicate or distribute Betrise.com content.  
  10. Game Rules 
    1. A list of Betrise.com Services offered and the rules applicable to each gaming activity offered can be found at www.betrise.com. 
  11. Inactive Accounts 
    1. An inactive account is an account that has not been accessed for 12 months, that has a real money balance. If your account has become inactive without us notifying you, we may close your account and reimburse any remaining balance to you by remitting the balance directly to your bank account via bank transfer. If we notify you at least thirty (30) days before your account is due to become inactive and you do not withdraw the remaining funds, we may elect to charge a fee for inactivity or to close your account. Fees may only be charged to an inactive account as long as that account does not go into a negative balance. Where we elect to charge an inactivity fee, such fee shall be a monthly administrative fee of $/€5 or the equivalent in any other currency. 
  12. Customer Support 
    1. For General Inquiries, please contact us and a member of our support staff will be happy to assist you. If you don't have a Betrise.com account already, or can't access your account for any reason, then email us at [email protected]. Please include as much information as possible about your question or concern, so we can handle your email quickly, completely and professionally. If you receive an error message, or have a technical problem, please provide us with the message or a screenshot so we can best understand the problem and address it in a timely manner. 
  13. Customer Complaints Handling Policy
    Our complaints process is designed to encourage the fast and efficient resolution of your issue at the first point of contact. While we will always aim to provide you with excellent customer service, we recognize that you may wish to express dissatisfaction with our products, services, staff or procedures.
    1. Game Outcome Disputes: Players are required to submit a formal complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days following the session date if they disagree with the outcome of a game. 
    2. Account-Related Issues: For other concerns related to the user account, such as payout discrepancies, suspensions, or bonus calculations, the complaint must be filed within thirty (30) calendar days of the session date.
    3. During the course of your complaint, we will aim to tailor any proposed resolutions to provide a fair and reasonable outcome to all parties involved. Once accepted, we will aim to deliver our mutually agreed resolution to you within 14 business days. 
    4. Please follow the steps below to raise and escalate your complaint. In the event that you require assistance with making a complaint, our staff at each stage of the process will be more than happy to assist. 
    5. Step 1: First Contact
      1. To begin any complaint, please contact [email protected]. A Customer Support Representative (“CSR”) is empowered to resolve complex issues and first level complaints and make fair and reasonable customer service decisions. 
    6. Step 2: Escalating Your Complaint
      1. If a CSR is not able to resolve a complaint, they can escalate it to a Customer Service Manager (CSM). The CSM will review the dispute and attempt to resolve the complaint. 
    7. Step 3: Referral to Management
      1. If a CSM is unable to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you can request that they provide you with a referral to Management. 
      2. A member of Management will contact you as soon as possible to acknowledge your complaint. 
      3. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days from the date of initial contact. Complex problems that involve 3rd party providers will be resolved within 30 business days. We will contact you directly to advise and discuss a new timeframe in the event that a resolution may fall outside these timeframes. 
    8. Step 4: Referral to Anjouan Licensing Services Inc, as per Anjouan license condition 16.
      1. If you remain unhappy with any solution offered by us then you can raise your complaint with Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. 
  14. Responsible Gaming
    1. We offer Users a variety of functions and services to control their gaming practices.
    2. We offer "self-exclusion" or "cool-off" options which can be implemented in ‘My Account’ or by contacting customer support. An email to support stating your self-exclusion duration will take effect from the time a customer support agent responds and notifies you of the change in your account. Typically, if operations are of a normal nature, such requests will take 24-48 hours to be initiated. 
    3. We offer a "loss limit", “deposit limit” and “play limit” function for Users within the user's My Account section. The User can set these limits within a certain time period of their choice. The user can also contact Customer Support to set these limits, as well as a “session time limit”. 
    4. Note, that we reserve the right to inform any affiliate that possesses your email details of your self-exclusion so that the affiliate may also cease all marketing emails to you. Permanent self-exclusion is available and is irreversible once confirmed. 
    5. We will also endeavour to find any new accounts that you create, or try to create, and prevent access or close them accordingly. 
    6. Permanent self-exclusion can be undertaken through your Account or by contacting customer support.

  1. Anti-Money Laundering 
    1. As part of our licensing agreement and in compliance with anti-money laundering legislation, Users need to be aware they may be required to upload personal documentation via their Betrise.com account (such as Government issued ID, bank statements and utility bills) upon request in order for their transfer to be processed. In some cases, the User must provide a picture of themselves holding a valid ID document. To that extent, your use of or access to Betrise.com is conditional upon allowing us to perform independent verification checks which may require the disclosure of your details to third parties for these purposes only. We may also ask you to provide details of the source of any funds, source of wealth, and/or verification of the ultimate beneficial ownership of any corporate body (if relevant) and to provide certified and/or notarised copies of your evidence of identity or other documents. This allows Betrise.com to help protect the Users and prevent Betrise.com from being used as a vehicle for money laundering or fraud. 
    2. Until you have established a pattern of usage or until we have conducted our security and/or verification checks we may limit or restrict the Services made available to you and/or may limit the value of your transactions. 
    3. If you do not provide the verification information we require then we may suspend and/or terminate your Account. Similarly, if we believe your Account is being misused (either by yourself or is being used by third parties) then we may suspend and/or terminate your Account. 
  2. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability 
    1. Any participation in the services is at your sole option, discretion, and risk. By participating in the services you acknowledge that you do not find the services to be offensive, unfair, or indecent in any way. 
    2. Betrise.com makes no warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. 
    3. Betrise.com disclaims any and all warranties representations and responsibilities in respect of any aspect of the services which may be provided by third parties, including but not limited to information and telecommunication providers, and shall not on any account be liable for any default breach or any action of such third party provider. 
    4. You acknowledge and agree that by accepting this agreement you do not rely on, and shall have no remedy in respect of, any statement, representation, warranty or understanding (whether negligently and incidentally made) of any person unless expressly set out in this Agreement. 
    5. Save for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, under no circumstances (including negligence) shall Betrise.com, our related corporations affiliates partners officers employees and agents be responsible or liable for any damages losses or expenses, including without limitation direct, indirect, consequential or special damage or economic loss arising from or in connection with your access or use of the services. 
    6. For the purposes of this Agreement “negligence” means the breach of any obligation arising from the express or implied terms of a contract to take reasonable care or exercise reasonable skill in the performance of the contract or of any common law duty to take reasonable care or exercise reasonable skill. 
    7. The entire aggregate liability of Betrise.com to you, whether under contract, tort, negligence or otherwise in connection with the Services is strictly limited to the lesser of the following:
      1. the deposits paid by you to us in the 12 months period immediately preceding the event upon which such liability arose; or 
      2. the sum of USD1,000. 
    8. You hereby acknowledge and agree that all disclaimers and exclusions of liability contained in this Agreement represent a fair and reasonable allocation of the risks and benefits of the Agreement, taking all relevant factors into consideration. You further agree that these disclaimers and limitations shall be enforceable to the extent limited by applicable law. 
  3. Breach of Agreement 
    1. Betrise.com may suspend or cancel at any time the User’ account if the User breaches any obligations under the Agreement. In case of a material breach of the provisions of these terms, as determined by Betrise.com in its sole and absolute discretion, Betrise.com reserves all its rights and remedies against the User under these terms and at law. Further, Betrise.com reserves the right to retain any of the User’s outstanding funds as a guarantee of the User’s obligations hereunder and/or any liability arising from the said breach of this Agreement. 
  4. Unacceptable, Illegal and Fraudulent Use 
    1. Any of the following will be considered unacceptable use which Betrise.com reserves the right to regard as a material breach of this Agreement incapable of remedy:
      1. Introduction of any viruses, Trojans, malware and anything similar or related into our systems or those of any other players using the Services; 
      2. Interfering in any way with or affecting the performance or availability of the Website or Services; 
      3. Excessive and/or unwarranted communications either between other players, to us or via our systems to third parties; and 
      4. Any threats, abusive language, pornography and any communications the content of which are illegal. 
    2. Any of the following will be considered an illegal or prohibited activity and are therefore not permitted under any circumstances:
      1. Use of any external assistance, whether another person or any software/technology; 
      2. Acting in concert, collusion, or in a syndicate with anyone or anything else; 
      3. The circumvention of our security technology, procedures and policies; 
      4. Use of any information or access to any systems gained illegally, by deception or otherwise which gives you an unfair or sole advantage; and 
      5. The exploitation of a loophole, failing or fault in our systems or any other services which make up the Services which gives you an unfair or sole advantage. 
    3. Any of the following will be considered fraudulent activity and may lead to criminal prosecution:
      1. Unjustified charge-backs and use of funds not belonging to the User; 
      2. Use of stolen and/or cloned bank cards; 
      3. Withdrawal of funds from a bank account from which the User is not authorised to withdraw; 
      4. The provision of false and/or misleading information; and 
      5. Any act by the User which is illegal, made in bad faith or which is fraudulent. 
    4. If we suspect or have evidence of any of the above-mentioned acts or events, then Betrise.com reserves the right to:
      1. Regard the same as a Breach of Agreement; 
      2. Notify the relevant enforcement authorities and credit reference agencies, providing them with full details; and 
      3. Consider the same material breach of this Agreement incapable of remedy. 
    5. If the User suspects or knows that another person may be participating in or furthering any of the above then the User must inform Betrise.com immediately, providing Betrise.com with such information as is reasonably required. 
    6. If Betrise.com suspects that the User is in contravention of this section then the User will promptly and diligently provide Betrise.com with all the information requested. The User must cooperate fully in the investigations undertaken by Betrise.com and by any investigators appointed by Betrise.com. 
    7. The User may not use the Services if the User is an officer, employee or otherwise associated with Betrise.com, which includes any member of the User's immediate family and/or partners. 
    8. Your Consent to our Terms 
      1. By clicking the "I Agree" button as part of using the Software (as defined below), you consent to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, including:
        1. The BetRise / Privacy Policy
        2. The BetRise / Sportsbook Terms
        3. The BetRise / Bonus Policy
    9. Deposits should be made in the same currency as your account currency. If a deposit is made in a different currency - including digital or crypto-based currencies - the amount will be converted at the applicable daily exchange rate provided by our payment processors or liquidity providers, after which your account will be credited accordingly.
    10. The English language version of this Agreement shall be the prevailing version in the event of any discrepancy between any translated versions of this Agreement. 
  5. Transactions and Payments 
    1. You are responsible for all payments due to Betrise.com. In the event of a deposit credited to your Account, you agree to not prevent the payment being made in any manner (including by refusing a payment or attempting to reverse payment), and you shall also be held liable to compensate Betrise.com with a sufficient amount, in the event Betrise.com were to suffer a loss in relation to your payments. 
    2. You are not allowed to make deposits or withdrawals with a business account. Only your own personal account in your name may be used on our site. 
    3. Betrise.com can, at its sole discretion, block a User's access to the Service or refuse withdrawals being made using certain bank cards. 
    4. Users acknowledge that deposits and withdrawals may be verified and administered by third-party electronic payment processors and/or by independent financial institutions. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm to have been informed about this and consent to such verification and administration of transactions by third parties. 
    5. Processing transactions (both deposits and withdrawals) may incur costs and fees that will be applied as a percentage on the transaction value. Fees may be applied depending on payment methods and/or if we incur a local foreign currency charge in relation to your deposit/withdrawal, and/or on the player level or the transaction value. You should also check with your bank, credit card provider or payment services provider whether they will charge you any fees for this. We will not be responsible to pay any third party fees on your behalf. 
    6. The player is fully responsible for paying all fees and taxes applied to their winnings according to the laws of the jurisdiction of the player's residence. 
  6. Deposits 
    1. Betrise.com may require verification of the deposit and/or the payment method used. This may include requesting supporting documents to confirm that the payment instrument belongs to the User and to verify the source of funds.
    2. Users are prohibited from making deposits using payment instruments or methods that are not registered in their own name. Betrise.com reserves the right to reverse or reject such transactions. 
    3. When a User opens an Account, a minimum deposit, depending on the payment method, is required before they can play or bet. All subsequent deposits will be subject to similar minimums. These minimums may change from time to time as required by our payment providers. The current minimum will appear in the cashier depending on the payment method selected.
    4. BetRise.com allows the User to fund their Account in the FIAT currencies of their country, provided they are not depositing from a restricted territory. 
    5. Betrise.com does not charge a fee for making a deposit. However, your selected payment method may charge for deposits to the User Account. In this case, the charge will be in the User’s name and will be debited from the User’s own payment method. 
    6. Deposit methods available in the User Account may vary depending on the User’s current country location. 
    7. Upon registering an Account, there are no pre-set deposit limits. Limits will be imposed by:
      1. the User at the end of the registration process via their Responsible Gaming settings on the total value of bets or through self-limits. 
      2. the Payment Provider as each payment method might be configured based on the payment type or the User location. 
    8. It is unlawful to deposit (or attempt to deposit) funds obtained from criminal, illegal or fraudulent activities into your Betrise.com Account. In addition to identity and age verification checks, we are required by law to undertake additional anti-money laundering checks to prevent such behaviour. 
    9. All your transactions will be monitored by Betrise.com. As required by our legal and/or regulatory obligations, we reserve the right to raise queries regarding the source of funds made via deposit. Betrise.com may, acting reasonably, suspend or terminate any Account where the response to such request is not in its view satisfactory. Furthermore, any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities. 
    10. Deposits made to your Betrise.com Account should remain proportionate with game play. Therefore, if in Betrise.com's discretion, there is suspicion of abuse of the Services (for instance, where a deposited amount has not been used for an appropriate level of game play and the User then makes a withdrawal request in relation to that deposited amount), Betrise.com reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to:
      1. Repay the respective deposit(s), less any costs that may have resulted in conjunction therewith, void any bets and deduct associated winnings and close your Account. 
      2. Withhold such amounts until Betrise.com completes any requisite checks in order to comply with its internal, regulatory or legal requirements. 
  7. Withdrawals 
    1. Prior to any withdrawal request being approved, the deposited amount must be wagered at least 1x on sports betting, or 2x on casino games.
    2. Any withdrawal request is subjected to a minimum amount of $/€10 (or equivalent in the local currency). For a User to withdraw money from their Account, a minimum deposit must have been completed before the withdrawal request has been submitted. 
    3. During the process of Betrise.com validating a withdrawal, you have the possibility to cancel your withdrawal request at any time by accessing your My Account > Withdrawals section and selecting "Transfer Money Back to Your Account”. By cancelling a pending withdrawal request, the amount will be transferred back to your User Account balance. Once the withdrawal request has been validated and processed, no cancellations are allowed. 
    4. Subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, all withdrawal payments shall be processed within the following two working days. However, please be aware that the payment may be delayed depending on the payment method, especially during weekends and holidays, and it might take up to 7 days to receive the funds.     5. Betrise.com shall pay any withdrawal to the same payment method used for the User’s deposit. 
    6. Any withdrawal requests to payment methods in names other than the User’s will not be processed. 
    7. Refunds will only be processed with the payment method used for Deposits on your Account. 
    8. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, Betrise.com shall have the exclusive right, at its absolute discretion, to make any transfer to a User using the payment method of Betrise.com's choice. 
    9. Betrise.com will only process a withdrawal request from a User after:
    10. The User’s identity and the User Account have been verified. 
    11. Satisfactory proof of deposit has been provided if requested by Betrise.com. 
    12. Betrise.com has checked that the User has not made any chargeback with regards to Betrise.com. 
    13. Withdrawal transactions will be subject to Betrise.com carrying out a "Know Your Customer" verification process to prevent money laundering, outlined in Clause 15.

    15. When the User’s transactions (deposit and/or withdrawals) or stakes reach the threshold of $/€3,000 during any period of 30 days. The threshold can be reached with a single or cumulative transactions/stakes. 
    16. For any payout exceeding the equivalent of $/€1,000. Such verifications may include copies of a User’s passport and/or copies of a User’s utility bills. The right is further reserved to carry out such verification procedures in relation to lower payouts. 
    17. Should Betrise.com need to carry out additional verification processes pursuant to Clause 22.10, a withdrawal to the User will only be made after the verification processes have been completed. In the event where your Account is under investigation, we reserve the right to withhold any withdrawal request until such investigation is completed to our satisfaction. Betrise.com may delay, and, or block processing the withdrawal, as may be necessary in order to perform measures necessary in terms of applicable AML legislation, and for the prevention of fraud and other criminal activity. 
    18. The User is allowed to withdraw funds only if their Account has not been involved in what Betrise.com considers to constitute suspicious activity. If suspicious activity is detected, the Account will be suspended until an investigation is carried out and any documentation required is collected from the User. While the Account is suspended, any access to the funds on the Account will be restricted. Once the investigation is terminated, the Account may be restored to normal or it may be closed at the discretion of Betrise.com. Any funds which are not in dispute will be returned to the User. 
    19. In case a transaction is confirmed as a suspicious transaction, this will be reported to the relevant authorities. 
    20. Not withstanding the aforementioned clauses, before a withdrawal of real money is processed, the value of all deposits must have been wagered at least one (1) time.
    21. Before any withdrawals are processed, your usage of the Services will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, will all be considered irregular playing patterns for bonus wagering requirement purposes. Other examples include, but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% of the value of your total balance (including any given bonus) until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should Betrise.com deem that irregular playing patterns have occurred, we reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses. 
    22. Notwithstanding the aforementioned clauses, before a withdrawal of real money is processed, the value of all deposits must have been wagered at least one (1) time. If the turnover is not met prior to the withdrawal, Betrise.com reserves the right at its own discretion to charge an administrative fee of 10% of the value of the deposit to cover all reasonable costs relating to both the deposit and withdrawal, with a minimum fee of 10 euro or equivalent currency. Should you request a withdrawal without having wagered an amount equal to, or more than, the funds deposited into your account, once appropriate measures for due diligence or enhanced due diligence have been successfully completed. 
    23. In order to cover transaction costs, Betrise.com may charge a fee on all withdrawal requests. The fee would apply on the total withdrawal amount. Should your withdrawal be split between different payment methods, the total amount requested will be taken into consideration to calculate the fees and the fee will be applied proportionately to the split. 
    24. The fees for withdrawals will be deducted directly from the Player's Account. These fees may be dependent on factors such as the currency used in the Account or the User’s place of residence.
