Access may be limited because of age, jurisdiction, verification, security or compliance checks. Use the official support channel for account-specific assistance.
Upon registration, your account is automatically credited with a 1,000 FXC demo balance. This allows you to explore Fluxer and participate in the Beta Challenge without making a deposit.
Your 1,000 FXC demo balance cannot be withdrawn. If you meet the Challenge volume requirement, you can receive launch credit equal to 10% of your final FXC balance, subject to the Beta Challenge terms.
Reach the Challenge volume target of 10,000 FXC by opening positions during the Beta Challenge. Challenge volume is calculated from the total value of positions opened. For example, opening 5 units at a team price of 33.00 FXC contributes 165.00 FXC towards your target.
Once you meet the Challenge volume requirement, you can receive launch credit equal to 10% of your final FXC balance. Any conditions applying to its use or withdrawal will be set out in the Beta Challenge terms.
2. Positions & portfolio management
Select a team, enter the number of units, choose an available multiplier if required, review your maximum loss and confirm the position.
Positions are opened directly with Fluxer. Users do not open positions with one another.
Your open positions are held and tracked within your portfolio. You can use the team price chart to follow how a team’s price has moved across previous fixtures.
Standard positions can be closed during open pre-match and post-match windows. This allows you to realise the current value of your position, secure a gain or limit a loss before the next event.
Positions cannot be opened or closed while the relevant event is in progress. Suspended, closed or settled markets may also prevent closing.
No. Fluxer does not charge explicit fees or commissions when you open or close positions on single-match markets. Positions are opened and closed using the displayed team price.
3. Multipliers
Yes. Where available, you can apply a multiplier to a position for a single event. A multiplier increases the effect of price change without changing the number of units in your position.
The position screen always shows the multipliers available for that market.
Multiplied positions apply to a single match and do not carry over to future fixtures. They are automatically settled after the match.
Yes. Multipliers are only available before kick-off. Multiplied positions lock when the match begins.
Available multipliers depend on the potential price change and maximum loss for that market. Fluxer limits the available multiplier where necessary to ensure a position cannot lose more than the amount allocated to it.
4. Team price & price change
Starting team prices are based on a framework using external market signals to assess pre-match expectations. These inputs are processed by Fluxer before being reflected in the team price.
Team prices are reset at the end of each season.
Before an event, team prices can move when there is a meaningful change in underlying market expectations. After the event, the team price is updated according to the confirmed sporting result and the applicable outcome within the Fluxer pricing model.
Small changes in underlying market information may not result in a price change.
No. The number of positions opened by other users does not itself increase or decrease a team price.
Team prices are determined by Fluxer’s pricing model using underlying market information and sporting performance, rather than user activity.
Yes. Price Scenarios show how predetermined sporting outcomes could affect the post-match team price and corresponding percentage price change. They are illustrations, not predictions or guarantees.
For football markets, Price Scenarios are based on the result after 90 minutes, including injury time, together with the number of goals scored by the winning team or conceded by the losing team. For example:
- Win and score 1 or 2 goals: includes results such as 1-0, 2-0 and 2-1.
- Win and score 3 goals: includes results such as 3-0, 3-1 and 3-2.
- Win and score 4 or more goals: includes results such as 4-0, 4-1, 4-2 and 4-3.
- Draw: applies when the teams are level at the end of regular time.
- Lose and concede 1 or 2 goals: includes results such as 0-1, 0-2 and 1-2.
- Lose and concede 3 or more goals: applies when the team loses and concedes at least three goals.
The Price Scenarios displayed for each market show the applicable post-match team price and percentage price change before you open a position.
The community sentiment indicator shows how Fluxer users are currently positioned on a team. It is provided for information only and does not determine the team price.
No. Opening and closing are suspended when the event begins and remain unavailable until the final result has been confirmed.
6. Settlement & safeguards
For football events, outcomes are determined by the score at the end of regular playing time, including injury time. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded.
Automated processing and team price updates are normally completed within 10 minutes of the event ending.
If an event is interrupted and does not resume within 24 hours, it is treated as a cancellation. The original position is returned to your portfolio.
You can never lose more than the amount of FXC allocated to a position. Your maximum loss is shown before you confirm the position, and safeguards are used to prevent a negative balance.
If a team price falls below 0.02 FXC, the position is automatically closed to protect any remaining value.
Multiplied positions are automatically settled shortly after the match concludes, with the result reflected in your portfolio and balance.
Standard positions remain open after the event and can continue to be held across future fixtures or closed manually when the market is open.
At the end of a league season, remaining standard positions for that league are automatically closed at their current value. Team prices are then reset for the new season.
7. Portfolio & wallet tracking
Portfolio value shows the combined current value of the open positions displayed in your portfolio. Available funds are shown separately.
Open gain/loss shows the current increase or decrease in the value of positions that remain open.
Closed gain/loss shows the amount realised when a position is closed or settled.
Position History shows opening, closing and settlement records, including units, team price, multiplier, closed gain/loss, status and balance information where available.
Available funds are the FXC currently available in your account to open new positions. Open positions and pending account actions may affect this amount.
Your wallet records position openings, closures, settlements, rewards, adjustments, refunds and supported balance changes.
Record the market, time, and transaction reference, then contact the official Fluxer support channel. Do not share passwords or OTPs.
