Self Exclusion

If you believe you are at risk of developing a gambling issue or currently face such a challenge, we encourage you to consider our Self Exclusion option. This feature restricts your ability to gamble with BetRise for specific durations: 7 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, or 1 year.

Account Closure

If you feel that you are unable to play in moderation, we give you the option to close your account permanently by selecting the 'Permanently' option. Please note that this is irreversible, and any accounts closed will not be reactivated for your own protection.

After Self Exclusion

During the Self Exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible for betting and gaming activities. However, you will retain the ability to log in and withdraw any remaining funds. Re-opening your account for any reason will not be possible, and BetRise will take measures to identify and close any newly opened accounts.

We will remove your details from our marketing lists and strongly advise seeking assistance from problem gambling support services to address your concerns.
